How can I make a booking?
You can book by this web. Please be aware that the items may be out of stock when orders are rushing in.
Until when can I make a booking?
4 days before your pickup day. If you don't have time enough, please contact us.
Do you have a minimum rental period?
The minimun rental period is for a week. We count the rental fee weekly.
How can I pick up?
You can pick up at the AIRPORT POST OFFICE. Please show your ID at the POST OFFICE counter and get your parcel. We also can deliver to where you stay(hotel,office or your home address). If you would like to pick up out of service hours of the Post Office or at Haneda Airport International Terminal, we can arrange the special delivery service with extra charge. For details, please contact us.
How can I return?
Please put the SIM card and case in the envelope(included in the rental product package) and drop it into the Post Box of JP.
How can I pay?
We cooperate with PayPal about the payment. After your application is completed, we send you the confirmation email and please process the payment according to the email.
Can I make voice calls?
No. The rental SIM card is only for the data communications.
Can I use Skype or any other VoIP application?
"1GB limited SIM" is available for Skype,viber,line,etc.
Can I send and receive SMS (Short Message Service) messages?
No. Email is available.
Can I use over 1GB when I rent a "1GB limited SIM card"?
Yes. Please contact us and we recharge another 1GB/4,200yen on your SIM card.
What kind of devices is your SIM card compatible with?
Please see the compatibility list. All the devices are needed to be unlocked.
What should I do if I get the SIM card lost?
Please contuct us immediately and we may arrange your contract period. Please check out our compensation policy for loss or damage.
Can I cut the standard SIM card into the micro SIM size?
No. We consider the SIM resize cutting as damaged and charge the compensation fee.
Is there any cancellation fee?
If you cancel prior to the delivery of the rental product, there is no cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made after the delivery, we charge the delivery fee per product.
Can I get a refund if the SIM card doesn't work with my device?
If you notice us on the day you get the rental product(rental starting day) and return the rental product, we refund you all the rental fee except for delivery fee.
